We draw, measure, scope, and photograph the damage, and we meet your adjuster on site so nothing gets missed or argued about later.
From that walk-through we build a detailed damage and reconstruction plan, so you know what is damaged, what has to come out, and how it all goes back together. Fire rarely stays in one room. Smoke travels through the whole structure, and the water used to put the fire out soaks into floors and walls far from the flames. Our plan covers all of it, not just the burn area.

Your estimate is computerized, detailed, built on years of Xactimate experience, and submitted directly to your carrier so you receive a fair and equitable settlement. Once the price is agreed, you are only responsible for your deductible, and work starts immediately.
Water from firefighting often causes its own damage alongside the burn. If that is part of your loss, our flood and water damage repair team handles it inside the same claim. And if the fire compromised framing or load paths, we fold structural damage repair into the same reconstruction plan, under the same project manager.

What will fire damage repair cost me?
Once we come to an agreed-to price with your insurance company, you are only responsible for the amount of your deductible. Your insurance will cover the rest.
Do you prepare the insurance estimate?
Yes. We prepare a computerized, detailed insurance restoration estimate built on years of Xactimate experience and submit it directly to your carrier. It is what it is, no more, no less.
Is the rebuild under warranty?
Yes. All materials will be new materials unless otherwise specified, and all materials and labor are warranted for one year from the date we give you Notice of Substantial Completion.
