A Smart Time To Upgrade
Already Rebuilding? Remodel While The Walls Are Open.
If your project started as a water loss or a fire loss, the rebuild is often the cheapest moment you will ever have to upgrade. Because we buy materials at such volume we can get great prices, and you would only pay the difference between what was there and what you want instead. The amount is discussed and agreed to before any work is started, so there are no surprises at the end.
Either way, the build itself runs the same: one project manager coordinating licensed subcontractors through framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishes, with a full walk-through of every detail before close-out. Nothing signs off until you are completely satisfied.

Do you build custom homes?
Yes, we do. JMS Building Corporation has two licensed contractors that can fulfill all of your residential and commercial building needs.
Can you build an addition onto my house?
Yes, we can. The same two licensed contractors handle additions, and the project runs like every JMS build: one project manager, careful material selection, and open communication from the first drawing to the final walk-through.
Who will actually run my remodel?
One project manager. One point of contact. Direct access to ownership. Your PM coordinates the licensed subcontractors across framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishes through completion.
Is remodeling work under warranty?
Yes. All materials will be new materials unless otherwise specified, and all materials and labor are warranted for one year from the date we give you Notice of Substantial Completion.
